This month’s reader recommendation comes from Amelia from KY. She chose Dee Henderson as her go to author with her favorite novel as The Negotiator. Here’s what she has to say about one of her favorite authors: “I love the story line, with just the right amounts mystery, danger, and romance. The character development is amazing, as well as their relationships (work, romantic, and family). Especially the family aspect… the O’Malley’s are the best family ever, I wish they were real and would adopt me too (plus they all have super cool jobs!) It’s the first book of an amazing series, which I cannot recommend highly enough. I just finished reading it for the 3rd time in the past 1.5 years!! Also, the audiobook is great too! This book, as well as the whole series, is definitely my comfort read!”
I love the O’Malley series, and one of my most favorite novels is Kidnapped.

I have so many favorites, but I would list the one who got me started reading Christian fiction: Grace Livingston Hill. Her books are so sweet and wholesome. The way she describes certain scenes in her books makes me want to step into it and stay a while.
I remember reading Grace Livingston Hill when I was young. It may have started my love of reading!
I agree with Amelia, but I have so many authors I love to read. I can’t pick just one.
I have way too many to choose from! But I love hearing from others about their favorites, because I am always up for finding new authors.
Dee Henderson is my absolute favorite author! I have the complete O’Malley series, including Jennifer’s story, each book with pages lovingly worn from rereading and loaned to friends and family members. Dee Henderson has a special gift of lifting her characters off of the pages and drawing her readers into the action. True Devotion and True Valor are also Dee Henderson MUST READS.
I love the O’Malley series. Definitely a classic. And I loved True Devotion!
